We ensure that the content that is accessible to children is appropriate for children and does not contain any third-party advertisements. Further, all our apps designed for children or children and families adhere Google Play Families Policy Requirements.
3. In App purchases:
We do not collect any type of personal information when parents wish to purchase additional app content via In App Purchases.

Our education apps are licensed to You (End-User) by Pibideema PTY LTD, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, for user only under the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
By downloading these Applications from Apple AppStore or Google Play Store, and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement.
Your access to and use of the Applications is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that Apple or Google is not a Party to this License Agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof. Pibideema PTY LTD, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible of the licensed Application and the content thereof.
This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Applications that conflict with latest App Store or Google Play Store Terms of Service. Pibideema PTY LTD acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review said terms and this License Agreement is not conflicting with them.
All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.
You must not:
Republish materials from any of our apps
Sell, rent of sub-license materials from any of our apps
Reproduce, duplicate or copy materials from any of our apps
Redistribute content (fully or partial) from any of our apps
The Applications and their original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pibideema PTY LTD.
This License Agreement shall begin on the date You download the Applications.
Limitation of Liability
The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that neither Licensor nor its board members, officers, employees, or agents, will be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or resulting from Licensor’s provision of the Asset under this Agreement, or any use of the Asset by the Licensee or its employees; and Licensee hereby releases Licensor to the fullest extent from any such liability, loss, damage or claim.
